Hundreds of years ago the Knights Templar defended the passage to Jerusalem, and even created the base for the modern banking system. However the newest King of France had owed the Templar order a large sum of money. Instead of paying, he called a meeting amongst their leaders, then ordered them all to be arrested, then shortly after, executed. The Pope was childhood friends with the King of France, so he did little to stop the atrocity.

The Templar order knights were accused of heresy. In training a Templar knight, they were forced to spit on a cross, incase they were captured by heretic enemies and forced to do so. The King used this practice of theirs to execute them all on what is known as Friday the 13th, or "Black Friday"
