As to your writting, I agree that it is verry true & also relaxing. But i also feal a bit of guilt for my lack of suport at times for You, Link, Sorena & Gold but sometimes things tend to get way out of hand on my end in a # of ways & that is when I stay away from my music family. You & I have known each other almost since MS started here in the US, & I hope that we will remain good friends.
I can`t beleive you were able to come up with this much sound with ONLY 4 instruments. I didn`t know that you were so good with Jazz! This would sound great in a New Orleans Jazz club & I think Goldcreole would agree. Verry well put together my friend.

Your song idea is great as well as the song itself! The melody is so beautiful and right for the meditation you suggested and I really like the verbal directions, they have such a deep meaning.At least for me, because I never relax, I don't have the patience to count to 10 (I skip) and I take for granted a lot of things.So, yeah, I need to reflect upon these matters.Thank you for sharing and it is a great work!Very skillfully done!
